about your 4wd tour
On your Small Group 4WD Adventure, you’ll journey to remote wilderness areas escorted by your own Driver/Guide. APT’s Kimberley Wilderness Adventures are the experts in small group touring and there will never be more than 19 other guests in your travelling party. Your specially engineered ISUZU vehicle features coach-style reclining seats with ample leg room; Large tinted windows, providing unimpeded views of the passing scenery; and Expert commentary.
Private wilderness lodges are designed for you to enjoy an exclusive experience in some of the most remote regions of the Kimberley without compromising your comfort. Wilderness Lodges provide permanent tented accommodation with all the comforts of home such as, crisp linen; home-cooked meals with a complimentary glass of wine; private balconies on each cabin and state-of-the-art solar power.
Access to these exclusive private lodges is only possible thanks to a special partnership with the traditional Aboriginal owners of the land. This has enabled Kimberley Wilderness Adventures to establish a collection of Wilderness Lodges in the heart of one of the most remote and exotic regions of the world.
As the sun goes down and the stars come up, you’ll make your way to the open-air dining area where your home-cooked dinner awaits with a complimentary glass of wine. At dinner, a medley of Australian cuisine awaits, from Barramundi, kangaroo, prime Australian beef and lamb to fresh salads. Further, special dietary requirements are superbly catered for.
There really is no better way to make new friends than relaxing around the campfire at the end of each day while gazing at the stars.
